The J5 guys are Chris and Dave

Chris has been interested in science fiction ever since the 80’s. He has an appetite to reproduce all manner of gadgets, gizmo’s and other wonders spanning decades of science fiction. If it’s got mechanical moving parts, bright flashing lights and funky sounds you can bet its on his list of things to achieve. Stat!

Dave is a little older and wiser, he’s supposed to keep Chris a bit more grounded but the fact of the matter is Dave also has some VERY ambitious pipe dreams he’s intent on bringing to fruition! His interests lie in electronics, design and building anything his imagination lends itself to. Dave has already established himself as a well known J5 builder, earning a place on the Input-Inc team after creating an impressive J5 replica which you can find on his Facebook page Wrexham J5 Build. Along with this he’s built a number of retro props including a Zeroid as portrayed in Gerry Andersons TerraHawks and a wall mounted Sound Wave from the original animated Transformers which doubles as workshop décor and a tv screen surround!

The two of them are also collaborating on other projects but are currently under wraps for the moment. Stay tuned for news.
